U MOBILE

#RAYAWITHU 2020

BRAND STORY

Keeping traditions alive, the collaboration between Tiffin and U Mobile for U Mobile’s #RayaWithU campaign was about preserving the Malaysian food culture and keeping traditions alive. Through delivery of an exclusive U Mobile X Tiffin sampler of traditional Raya favourites, this mini tiffin carrier of treats brought joy and positivity to consumers during the MCO.

CONCEPT & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

From the creative conceptualisation of the campaign and design of the tiffin sampler carriers, every element of this campaign was made to reflect and honour Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage.

CULINARY CURATION

A specially curated roster of culinary talents such as Pinggan Puteh and Embun Eats collaborated with local producers to highlight disappearing traditional delicacies, and local street vendors to support the makcik and pakcik affected by the MCO.

TIGER STREET

FOOD

BRAND STORY

Street food has always been in Tiger’s DNA. From concept development to culinary curation, Tiffin has been Tiger’s partner in bringing forth innovative collaborations and unforgettable experiences.

TIGER STREATS 2016

The world’s first “street food meets fine dining” culinary collaboration featured Hawker Chan, the first hawker stand to win a prestigious Michelin Star in 2016, and Jeff Ramsey, former Executive Chef at the Michelin-starred Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, and current owner and chef of progressive modernist restaurant Babe KL.

The lineup of hawker stations also included renowned food establishments in Malaysia which runs the gamut of cincalok fried chicken by Chocha Foodstore, nasi lemak appam by Hoppers, roti aiskrim by Inside Scoop, the hawker stations carried contemporary interpretations of local street food, infused with nostalgia, for guests to have traditional food with a touch of modernity.

TIGER STREET FOOD VIRTUAL FESTIVAL 2020

Tiger’s very first immersive online street food experience was sparked from the idea of bringing the food festival experience to life in a socially-distanced world. Replicating everything about a physical food festival, but in a fully-immersive 3D world, Tiger Street Food Virtual Festival allowed consumers to customise their own avatar, interact with other players and order from different street food vendors.

TIGER STREET FOOD BOX 2021

An exclusive collaboration between household street food brands and Kuala Lumpur’s most popular modern Asian restaurants, the focus of Tiger Street Food Box was to give Malaysians’ well-loved supper favourites a new twist. Unconventional creations took center stage, such as the myBurgerLab x Yut Kee exclusive Hainanese Chicken Chop burger, a merge of classic Hainanese chicken chop and gravy in burger form, as well as legendary BBQ chicken wings from Ticklish Ribs & ‘Wiches, slathered with Devi’s Corner’s famous mango chutney.
